• • How should I take Trace Minerals?
  • You can take Trace Minerals 'straight' by using the dropper to place the liquid minerals in your mouth. You will quickly find, however, that this doesn't taste the best, as Trace Minerals has an astringent quality. Therefore, we suggest mixing 10 drops of Trace Minerals with orange juice. If you take Alka Green powder or Alka Slim, we suggest mixing Trace Minerals in with your Alka Green or Alka Slim drink. We call a drink comprised of Alka Green powder, Alka Slim and Trace Minerals our Power Pack because it contains a smorgasbord of vitamins, minerals and live enzymes to help you live a healthy, energetic life.

• • I know you have said that Trace Minerals stains. Is there anything you know of that will make the stain lighter?
  • The Trace Minerals stain is like a rust stain. We've heard of two different solutions you might consider.
    
    1) Our original suggestion was to try Wink Rust Stain Remover.
    
    2) However, when we suggested this to a customer she came up with something that might be easier. So feel free to use this too!
    
    Here's what Janette had to say:
    
    "Thanks for the idea of the rust remover for a stain made by Trace Minerals.
    
    "When I mentioned your suggestion to my husband Eric, he said to try lemon juice first! (He had gotten that suggestion from his Dad, who was a Professor of Chemistry and rocket fuel scientist (for real!) for Boeing long ago.) Apparently one time Eric had a problem with rust on a ceramic surface, and the lemon juice worked.
    
    "Anyway, this stain was on a pure white, new bra (I had put the Trace Minerals on a bite that I got!). I used the lemon juice, squeezed straight from the lemon, and let it soak in for about 5 minutes. At that point it did not look all the way clear, but much better.) Then I washed it, as normal, with Woolite. It is completely back to new looking!!! Yea!"

• • I am curious to know if you have heard of this result before or any input you can offer to educate me. I took five drops of the Trace Minerals in some coconut water. Within minutes my stuffed up nose was gone. I am breathing out of both nostrils and had not been for at least 24 hours. I am not complaining-just wondering how this could be-I did nothing else that could have caused this to clear. Thank you.

• • Can Trace Minerals be mixed in a hot drink; i.e. coffee, tea, etc?
  • We do not recommend using Trace Minerals with anything that is hot as the heat can alter the molecular structure of the product. With that said, we recommend only added Trace Minerals to cold beverages such as water or orange juice.

• • I want to remineralize my drinking water. How many drops of Trace Minerals do I put in per gallon?
  • 3-4 drops per gallon of Trace Minerals will help to remineralize your drinking water. Please note this amount is for remineralizing your water, and that we still recommend a total of 10 drops of Trace Minerals per day, which can be achieved through a combination of drinking this remineralized water as well as by taking a few drops with your juice in the morning.

  • One of the nice things about Trace Minerals is that they can be taken in many different ways. Our customers use Trace Minerals at all times of the day, and with or without food. So it comes down to your personal preference in how you take Trace Minerals. Our guess is the majority of people take Trace Minerals sometime during the morning. We've heard from a number of customers who take Trace Minerals in the morning because they find it provides an energy boost for the start of their day. We do suggest mixing Trace Minerals with a few ounces of juice (many folks use orange juice), as Trace Minerals does have a strong taste.

• • How do I use Trace Minerals for ear infection?
  • Lie on your side and put one or two drops in the infected ear. Trace Minerals stain so be careful with clothing, bedding, etc. The minerals may sting. Also if there is a lot of wax in the ear, you may need more drops to penetrate. Do once or twice a day and repeat as needed.
