- I am interested in your product Super Digest. It has all the enzymes I am looking for in one tablet but I have a question. Is this a chewable tablet? If it is chewable, I would assume that there are sweeteners of some sort; what might they be?
- The tablets are not meant to be chewable tablets. LIke most of Dr. Morter's products, Super Digest does NOT contain any sweeteners.

I tell everyone I know with digestive problems, friend or foe!Review by Harolene - Submitted on 1/12/11Would you recommend this product to a friend?I have suffered severely from Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) for a few years now. It went undiagnosed for a couple of years, which allowed me to get in a horrible state. I actually developed something called Hyperventalation Syndrome as a result of GERD. I won't get medical or technical, but I would attempt to eat certain foods which would result in my windpipe closing, and I would literally gasp for air. For the past few years, I have used every type of prescription and over-the-counter medicines available for reflux and GERD. As long as I watched what I ate very, very carefully I was "semi-okay" most of the time. I could not eat chocolate, dairy, sugar, anything acidic, spicy, fried or even really overeat without paying a horrible price (severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, etc. You get the idea). I ate a lot of rice and plain meat. I learned crackers and ginger ale were my friends.Definitely
In April of 2010, an acupuncturist, who would occassionally treat my reflux, recommended Super Digest and the rest, as they say, is history! In the beginning, I sometimes took as many as 3 before and 3 after a meal, as well as 1-2 at bedtime. It did take a couple of months for the remarkable progress to be evident, but let's remember where I started from. I now eat anything, and I do mean anything I want--chocolate ice-cream, tomato sandwiches, pineapple, french fries, chili...I could go on forever. My mother now takes it, as well as my husband, son, aunt, and some friends. I would be proud to be the poster child for Super Digest. Recommended by my chiropractorReview by BT - Submitted on 10/18/10I developed Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) from taking massive doses of Nonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) for pain. Then, I was prescribed Reglan for the GERD. I developed permanent neurological damage from taking Reglan for even a short time, and it has done tremendous damage to my life as I knew it.
I went to a new gastrointestinal doctor in 2006. He confirmed I did, indeed, have GERD. He handed me five samples of different prescription and OTC medications. I wouldn’t take any of them - even though I was suffering terribly. Two were for short term use only. One had talc as an ingredient!!! One contained Aspartame, which is a known migraine trigger and I’ve had migraines since childhood. The fifth I had already tried, and it hadn't worked. That’s when I was referred to a chiropractor who is also a homeopathic physician. He suggested Super Digest. The first week was rough; I was taking them by the handful. After that, I was able to take two tablets four times a day (with meals and at bedtime). I am now almost always symptom free unless I am very, very bad, and eat late or eat something heavy, which I try very hard to avoid.

Originally I purchased these from my chiropractor, but I moved and now get them directly on-line. Before using these marvelous products I was headed toward very serious digestive problems. Thanks ever so much for improving my digestionReview by Caroline - Submitted on 11/28/11I started using Super Digest and Alka-Pan three years ago at the suggestion of my Chiropractor, Dr. K. Clark in Heartland, ME when I was diagnosed with a peptic ulcer. Between these two great products and eating mostly alkaline foods for about 6 months, I was able to heal the ulcer. I do not eat without them and have noticed a marked difference in my digestion when I have eaten and not taken Super Digest before and Alka-Pan after the meal.
